HOA Board

The Riata Ranch home owners association board consists of the following directors:

Linda Beverlin Vice-president
Cindy Feris Secretary
Robert Rohleder Treasurer
Vacant Director

The board of directors meets every 4th Tuesday of the month. The meetings are held at the offices of SCS Management located at 7170 Cherry Park and start at 6:30PM.

Addressing the board

Home-owners who would like to address the board, must be placed on the meeting agenda. Please contact Debbie Spaw with SCS Management at two weeks before the meeting.
